1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Initial Infinity's global platforms, APIs, or autonomous intelligence services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of License

Initial Infinity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our services for your enterprise or internal development needs. You may not reverse engineer our autonomous agent models or utilize our infrastructure for illegal purposes.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Enterprise tier customers are entitled to specific uptime guarantees as outlined in their service contracts. Our standard global API uptime target is 99.99%.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Initial Infinity or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the services, even if Initial Infinity has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

5. Global Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Initial Infinity entity providing the service is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
